8AM Golf and Justin Timberlake have plans to open Bounty Club in Whites Creek in 2025, according to the Bounty Club website.
“Situated only 7 minutes from downtown Nashville, the 363-acre property boasts a meticulously designed King-Collins golf course and a Pfeffer Torode clubhouse,” the Bounty Club website states. “Nestled in a secluded area, the course provides stunning, unobstructed views of Nashville’s iconic skyline from four elevated vantage points, offering a unique and unparalleled golfing experience for its select membership.”
The 18-hole course will also feature a 6,665-square-foot clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, along with a locker room and pro-shop, according to reporting by Nashville Business Journal. The Business Journal also reported that the golf project just landed a $7.3 million permit for construction.
8AM Golf, run by CEO and president Hoyt McGarity, has multiple golf-centered companies in its portfolio, including Golf.com, 3’s, Fairway Jockey, Club Conex, True Spec Golf, T-Squared Social and Golf Magazine.
