Urbane Cafe is bringing its delicious gourmet sandwiches and healthy salads to Burbank. The Ventura-based cafe has expanded to over twenty locations across California since its conception in 2003.

Founder Tom Holt designed Urbane Cafe around a hearth oven to ensure the most delicious, freshest, and softest bread for his gourmet sandwiches. The cafe offers an expansive sandwich, salad, and bowl menu that celebrates both local and global flavors, from the UC Banh Mi Italian chicken sandwich and the Cilantro Torta to the Asian Fusion bowl made of organic brown rice, cabbage mix, cucumber, red radish, corn, Fresno chilis, cilantro, sesame seeds, and pickled cabbage, carrots and onion served with Japanese dressing. Urbane Cafe has truly solved the formula for tasty, healthy eats that leave you feeling refreshed.

Urbane Cafe will move into the 2,000-square-foot space at 3800 W Verdugo Avenue. An official opening date has not been announced; however, we’ll keep an ear to ground and let you know when to expect the irresistible aroma of fresh bread in neighborhood.
