Local favorite Fresh Mex & Co. will soon be expanding to a new location in St. Johns at 160 Shops Blvd Suite 80.
Citing co-owner Michael Toussaint, Business Debut states the new location will have “a more upscale, bar-oriented feel, featuring 11 TVs and a patio.”
“Fresh Mex & Co. in St. Johns will offer a 100-person full-service bar area and 90-person fast-casual dining space. On the fast-casual side, QR codes will be available for ordering at the table along with counter service,” they report.
After the November 14 opening, the brand will eye continued expansion.
