Lakewood Ranch’s Waterside Place community appears to be the future home of a new sandwich shop concept. Plan review paperwork submitted by Carved Crafted Sandwiches LLC shows the new restaurant opening at 1551 Lakefront Dr., Bldg D, Suite 100.
What Now reached out to owner Mark Botros on Thursday to inquire about plans for Carved Crafted Sandwiches. Botros was not immediately available for comment.
Much is therefore still unknown about the new sandwich spot. Are we talking deli-style subs or more of a bakery-style concept? Time will tell.
Opening at Waterside Place, Carved Crafted Sandwiches would join an exciting food and drink roster than already includes concepts like Forked, Osteria 500, Good Liquid Brewing Company, and Kore Steakhouse.
