According to Express News, Houston-based restaurant group Adair Concepts plans to debut a new eatery, Los Tios, in San Antonio.

Coming to 4820 Broadway—just a block away from another of the group’s upcoming restaurants, Adair Kitchen—the Tex-Mex concept will land near establishments such as Central Market, Firestone, and Laika Cheesecake & Espresso.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Los Tios, the restaurant was founded in 1970 and acquired by Adair Concepts in 2000. There are presently six Los Tios locations operating across Houston.

“Having already-established roots in Fredericksburg heavily encouraged our decision to expand into the area,” Nick Adair shares in a recent press release.

He adds, “We look forward to serving families and friends with great Tex-Mex in an environment that further adds to the community’s unique charm.”

On the menu, locals can expect to find Tex-Mex classics including enchiladas, fajitas, and tacos—as well as the signature item, the Puffy Queso, a puffed shell taco topped with queso and stuffed with chicken or beef, refried beans, lettuce, and guacamole.

Los Tios is slated to open in 2025. Stay tuned for updates.
