According to a recently submitted permit application, Chicken Salad Chick is expanding its San Antonio area footprint, gearing up to debut a new outpost in Boerne.
Coming to Lot 4A-2 off of IH-10W, the eatery will land near establishments such as Raising Cane’s, Schlotzky’s, and Subway.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the location’s franchisee, James Oberg, to inquire about the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing discloses that the interior finish-out of the 2,800-square-foot space is scheduled to begin on December 2 and finish on March 3, 2025. Texas-based firm Bluestone Partners, LLC is tasked with carrying out the project for an estimated $420,000.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
