A new concept is setting out to prove that nothing complements deliciously prepared Chinese fare quite like a breathtaking view. Night Rooster, the latest restaurant from Hooper Hospitality, is preparing to wow Dallas’s Design District, reports Eater Dallas.

Visitors to the 1000 North Riverfront Boulevard establishment will be able to enjoy rooftop dining while savoring a menu crafted by renowned chef Jacob Williamson. Night Rooster is set to occupy two stories-the ground floor will be a more relaxed environment, while the upper level will offer a more refined dining experience.

Documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show that the project-which began on February 1, 2023-will allow Night Rooster with 10,012 square feet to welcome guests.

Hooper has not yet announced an opening date for its latest endeavour, however Night Rooster should begin crowing sometime this summer, when guests can look forward to feasting on prawns, wonton, Beijing duck, and much more in a unique and elegant setting.
