Redevelopment project of City Hall East signs tech-company.

Mass email marketing giant MailChimp has inked a deal to fill the remaining office space of Ponce City Market (PCM) in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta, Biznow first reported.

The deal, in excess of 100,000-square-feet, is the largest office tenant secured to date for property developer Jamestown Properties of the $180 million dollar redevelopment project.

MailChimp joins office tenants Cardlytics and Athena Health at PCM, relocating to the redevelopment project from its West Midtown home in Carriage Works at 512 Means Street.

Since its founding in 2001, MailChimp now has over 3.5 million active users who send over 4 billion emails per month, according to the email marketing company’s website.
