Great American Cookies is opening a new location downtown.
A building permit application was submitted to the City of Atlanta Wednesday to “white-box” retail space in Centennial Olympic Park that will be turned over to the “gourmet” cookie company for its buildout.
Great American’s new downtown location, at 250 Park Avenue West, will have a modest footprint of a little over 1,000 square feet.
The cookie company currently has 35 Georgia locations, and has the new store listed on its website as “Coming Soon.”
