Operator of schools focused on entrepreneurship filed plans Thursday for Old Fourth Ward space.
New York-based company General Assembly is moving forward with plans to bring a 17,650 square foot campus to the second floor of the now-opened Ponce City Market (PCM) mixed-use project.
The operator of schools focused on entrepreneurship submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta Thursday for commercial alterations to its future Old Fourth Ward space.
An estimated $1,122,420 will be spent preparing the space, at 675 Ponce de Leon Avenue, for the new campus.
General Assembly has locations in twelve cities worldwide including Los Angeles and New York City stateside, and Hong Kong and London internationally, according to the school’s website.
The Ponce City Market campus will be “starting in January 2015.” Binders, The Suzuki School, and Dancing Goats Coffee Bar are currently open at the mixed-use development.
