The mixed-use district High Street is now welcoming residents to its luxury multifamily community.

The project has more than 100 leases signed, and at least 50 residents have moved in since opening in late January, according to a news release. The community near the Dunwoody MARTA Station and Perimeter Mall is managed by Windsor Communities.

The units come in 16 different floor plans featuring studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. The apartments at High Street include 598 homes across two buildings: Windsor Brompton and Windsor Avery.

Amenities include a fitness and yoga studio, pool and sundeck, catering kitchen and private dining room, coworking spaces, an outdoor dog run and dog wash, outdoor gaming lawn, a bike lounge and repair station and more.

A mix of retail, dining and entertainment experiences are set to open at High Street later this year. Announced tenants include Puttshack, Jaguar Bolera, Nando’s PERi-PERi, Velvet Taco, Allen Edmonds, Skin Spirit, The Hampton Social, Agave Bandido, Cuddlefish, Ben & Jerry’s and Sugar Coat.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our residents to High Street and everything this premier mixed-use destination has to offer,” GID Development Group President James Linsley said in the news release. “Residents will have an incredible mix of chef-driven restaurants, engaging retailers and experiential concepts coming straight to their doorstep, along with beautiful private amenities.”

  • Jaguar Bolera has yet to pay the contractors that helped build and finish their building in Raleigh, NC. I highly recommend against supporting a business that takes advantage of their workers in this fashion. I’d be happy to have my mind changed but them ignoring me for 6 months while putting on event after event and marketing campaign does not build good faith in the brand or ownership.
