Thai restaurant Klong will be entering a new chapter under new ownership. Navaphon Budhapatra, who has been the manager at Klong since 2015, will be taking over ownership of the restaurant.

The spot, which has operated for the past two decades at 7 St. Marks Place in East Village, will continue on with the same method of operation. The menu features noodle dishes such as Pad Thai and See Ew; fried rice; curry options such as green, red, panang, yellow and massaman; grilled prawns; chicken wings; Thai lemongrass sausages; and appetizers like spring rolls and mixed dumplings.

The restaurant also has a beverage program with cocktails, wine and beer.

Paperwork indicates that the restaurant has 27 tables with 54 seats and one bar that seats 20. The proposed hours under the new ownership are 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
