Jackalope Brewing has big plans for Nashville moving forward.
What Now Nashville reported last year that Tacoma and Hoyt LLC, helmed by CEO Steve Barone, had taken over ownership of the brewing company.
“Our commitment is to preserve the rich legacy of Jackalope while focusing on strategic growth and ensuring that the Jackalope brand continues to thrive in the communities we serve and across the broader craft beer industry,” Barone said in a release at the time.
Jackalope’s founder Bailey Spaulding and president Steve Wright stayed on as part of the team even after the ownership transition.
Now, Jackalope Brewing is looking toward the future. In addition to expanding their taps and taking their brand to different states, the team plans to open a regional campus in Metro Nashville in the next five years, according to the Nashville Business Journal. Expect beer in addition to music, activities like corn hole and outdoor space for hanging out.
Jackalope already has an existing taproom in Wedgewood-Houston. It offers a variety of beers on tap and features events and a dog-friendly patio.
