According to SF Eater, San Francisco’s Fort Point Beer Co. and Sonoma County’s HenHouse Brewing Co. are merging.

Fort Point/HenHouse CEO Justin Catalana tells What Now San Francisco, “All of our taprooms that are open to the public will remain open and continue operating as they are.”

For readers who are unfamiliar with the two businesses, Fort Point Beer Co. has two locations — one in the Ferry Building, another on Valencia Street — and a pop-up in the Presidio. Henhouse has three taprooms across Novato, Petaluma, and Santa Rosa.

Catalana informs What Now that the change won’t affect branding. Bay Area residents can rest assured that the brews and menus will remain unchanged.

Alongside Catalana, “The five co-founders will continue running the businesses… [and] HenHouse’s previous CEO Collin McDonnell will operate as chief sales officer,” reports Eater.
