Reno-based chefs Aubrey and Tyler O’Laskey are bringing their brand Perenn Bakery to Tennessee. They have two locations that they are planning to open in Franklin and Oak Hill later this spring, as previously reported by What Now Nashville.
However, they have more on the way. A third location is in the works for the Nashville area, though an exact address has not been disclosed, according to the Nashville Business Journal.
“Currently, we are working on three locations in Middle Tennessee cued to open in spring of 2025,” the Perenn website states. “We continue to travel back and forth from Nashville to Reno where we still operate 4 (soon to be 5) locations with an incredible team of 85 passionate individuals.”
Perenn Bakery sells bread, coffee, pastries and cafe items such as pancake and egg dishes. The O’Laskeys launched the brand in 2018 after years working in the private chef and catering spaces. Perenn now has three locations open in Nevada, and the O’Laskeys also operate a sister restaurant called Claio Rotisserie in Reno.
The Oak Hill location is expected to act as a production facility as well as a cafe for the bakery’s Middle Tennessee operations.
Further details are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks regarding the third location.
