A healthy franchise is expanding to the Peach State for the first time.

Beyond Juicery + Eatery has signed a lease at 1927 Peachtree Road NE, marking the first of five planned locations in the Atlanta area. The Michigan-based fast-casual restaurant is known for its health-focused offerings.

The upcoming metro Atlanta locations come from entrepreneurs Ross Hare and Ricky Burch. Hare has over 40 years of experience in business ownership, and Burch has more than two decades in the restaurant industry, as a former general manager and veteran of Buckhead Life Restaurant Group.

They are excited to combine their experience in business and hospitality to bring something new to Georgia.

I think we make a good team in bringing a successful franchise to Atlanta and bringing it to the residents here with great service,” Burch told What Now Atlanta. “I think it’s gonna be fun, and people are going to like it.”

The location on Peachtree Road is the first of five expected to land in metro Atlanta. Other areas they are interested in: Roswell, Marietta, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Peachtree Corners and more.

We’re excited to get going as fast as we can roll out these stores and find locations that we feel will be successful,” Hare said.

The menu features made-to-order juices, smoothies, wraps, sorbet bowls and salads. Hare and Burch sing the praises of the Very Berry smoothie (blueberry, strawberry, banana, coconut water and lime) and the Razzle Dazzle smoothie (raspberry, strawberry, banana, coconut water and lime). They also highlight the Southwest Caesar wrap, which features chicken, fire-roasted corn, crispy tortilla strips, parmesan cheese, romaine, tomatoes, and Southwest Caesar dressing.

They are targeting an August or September 2025 opening for the first location.

“This new location marks an exciting step in bringing Beyond Juicery + Eatery to a vibrant new community,” Beyond Juicery + Eatery co-founder Mijo Alanis said in a statement. “Beyond has become a healthy staple in each community our restaurants serve, and I’m confident the same will be true in Atlanta. Ricky and Ross have impressive backgrounds, and their dedication to helping strategically grow our concept makes them the perfect operators to introduce our brand to a new market.”

Beyond Juicery + Eatery was founded in 2005 by Alanis and Pam Vivio in Birmingham, Michigan. There are now more than 45 locations open, with several more in development.
