Two brand new concepts, Slizeria and Tres Dos Tres, are getting ready to make their debuts later this year in Los Angeles, both located at 11301 W Olympic Blvd, 116-117.

The new concepts will move into the former home of 7 Kingdoms, first noticed by ToddrickAllen. Slizeria will be a fast-casual eatery that serves pizza by the slice or pie, with everything made with fresh ingredients to create unique flavors. Tres Dos Tres, on the other hand, will be a fast-casual restaurant where customers can build their own Mexican plates made with flavor, love, and Abuelita-approved recipes.

Co-owner Josue Elguezabal tells What Now Los Angeles that both concepts are currently under construction and aiming to open sometime this summer. The part-owner says Slizeria is expected to open first, hopefully by the first week of June 2025, followed by Tres Dos Tres, which is scheduled to open in mid-July 2025.

Karamia Designs Inc., a distinguished interior design firm based in Los Angeles, California, designed both concepts. It is led by Certified Interior Designer Karina Rizzo, Allied ASID. With over 22 years of experience, Karina has built a reputation for transforming spaces into personalized, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environments.

This area will be perfect for these two new concepts, considering they are ideally situated in a high-traffic, business-dense corridor of West Los Angeles, providing strong visibility and access to a steady flow of local professionals, residents, and commuters. The space offers ample square footage and flexibility, making it well-suited for launching two distinct yet complementary restaurant concepts to capture diverse dining preferences.

“At Slizeria, pizza isn’t just food—it’s a celebration of friendship, family, and flavor,” according to the company’s social media. “Slizeria blends tradition with a modern twist. Our pizza recipes have been cherished and perfected through generations, and now we’re excited to share them with you. Join us for a slice of happiness and discover your new favorite pizza spot. We can’t wait to serve you!”
