Mooresville-based Clutch Coffee Bar has another location on the way to North Carolina, according to its website. A new location is heading to 117 Grove Street in Fayetteville, with plans to open in 2026. This will be the second location in Fayetteville for the brand.
It will be the 21st location for the brand in the Carolinas, according to the website. Currently, they have 20 locations either open or coming soon to the Charlotte area, the Triad and markets in South Carolina.
Other locations are expected to open this year, including a spot in Salisbury and one in Indian Land.
Clutch Coffee Bar, helmed by founders Darren Spicer, John Anderson and Jake Vandermeer got its start in Mooresville in 2018. The brand focuses on serving quality coffee, smoothies, refreshers, energy drinks and other beverages in a drive-thru format.
Menu items include Electric Stardust (an energy drink with peach, strawberry and white chocolate), the Base Jumper Mocha (caramel and chocolate) and the Dream Bar Mocha (caramel, hazelnut and dark chocolate).
Clutch Coffee Bar’s mission centers around serving the community. It also donates to causes through the Clutch Cares branch of the business to give back to the community.
“In sports, when a player steps up and delivers in crunch time, they are in essence Clutch,” the website states. “We want to deliver in that same way for every single customer, every single day. Whether you’re headed to or from work, off to a family event or just running everyday errands, we are here to serve you.”
