On the heels of announcing that their steakhouse concept Prime + Proper is heading to Nashville Yards, Heirloom Hospitality has shared that they have further plans in Nashville.

The Detroit-based hospitality group plans to introduce their other concepts, Townhouse and Mad Nice, to the city in the coming years, according to reporting by the Nashville Business Journal. They are taking a look at neighborhoods such as Wedgewood-Houston, East Nashville, 12South and Franklin.

CEO Jeremy Sasson founded Heirloom Hospitality in 2010, launching the brand with restaurant Townhouse Birmingham. Heirloom Hospitality currently has spots open in the Detroit market. Their concept Townhouse, which has spots in Detroit and Birmingham, Mich., serves a variety of items ranging from sushi to fish and chips and dry-aged burgers. Mad Nice, which has one location in Detroit, features an upscale, modern Italian menu.

These concepts are both on the table for heading to the Nashville market following Prime + Proper. This will be the hospitality group’s first foray outside of Michigan.

“We are passionate about positively contributing to the local community by growing a brand that cares about the little things and the people that make up our organization,” the Heirloom Hospitality website states. “This ethos and attention to detail is instilled in every Heirloom brand and sets us on a course with purpose at our core.”

As of now, it is unclear what the timeline would be for bringing these next concepts to the Nashville market. Prime + Proper is expected to open at Nashville Yards later this year.
