Another Broken Egg Cafe, the daytime dining brand known for its Southern flavors, brunch experience and “craveable” dishes, has opened its newest location in Murfreesboro, Tenn. The cafe is owned and operated by Max Coyle and Keith White of W-C Management Group, LLC. The opening marks the second of five planned Another Broken Egg Cafe locations coming to the greater Nashville area. The group’s first cafe opened in Bellevue in October 2024.

Located at 2615 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 2250, the new cafe is part of The Avenue Murfreesboro, a premier outdoor shopping experience with a mix of specialty shops, local boutiques and unique restaurants. With Another Broken Egg Cafe’s inviting atmosphere, Southern flavors and rotating seasonal offerings, the location is poised to become a go-to brunch spot for both locals and visitors across the area.

“We’re thrilled to bring Another Broken Egg Cafe to Murfreesboro,” said Max Coyle, Co-Owner of W-C Management Group, LLC in a statement. “As a Nashville native, I’ve watched this community grow, and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of it. What drew me to this brand was the daytime-only format – it lets us build a team that has real work-life balance, which shows in the hospitality you feel when you walk through the door. This is just the second of five cafes we’re bringing to Middle Tennessee, and Murfreesboro is a huge step in that journey.”

Another Broken Egg Cafe owns brunch dining, but delivers across the full daytime occasion, from early-morning breakfast to a satisfying midday lunch. Guests will discover a menu rooted in Southern culinary tradition and elevated with creative, chef-driven execution. Signature dishes include Lemon Blueberry Goat Cheese Pancakes, Chicken & Waffles and the Champagne Lobster Omelette, alongside contemporary brunch classics, morning favorites, kid-friendly options and gluten-friendly and vegetarian selections. The full bar rounds out the experience with handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, mimosas and Bloody Marys, transforming a great meal into a true event.

The Murfreesboro cafe will also feature rotating seasonal menu selections curated by Another Broken Egg Cafe’s Vice President of Culinary and Corporate Executive Chef Joel Reynders. Chef Joel’s approach – balancing on-trend flavors and innovation with the guest favorites that keep people coming back – turns every visit into a discovery, reflecting the brand’s commitment to culinary craft as a differentiator in the daytime dining space.

Beyond its menu, Another Broken Egg Cafe has built a reputation on genuine hospitality and creating happiness for guests and staff. It’s a value embedded in how teams are trained and how guests experience each visit, from the moment they walk in the door. Max, Keith and their team embody that culture and the Murfreesboro cafe showcases their passion and dedication to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

“Max and Keith continue to raise the bar for what a franchise partnership can look like,” said Jorge Salvat, President and CEO of Another Broken Egg Cafe. “From their first cafe in Bellevue to this second location in Murfreesboro, they’ve shown the kind of hands-on dedication and hospitality that our guests notice the moment they walk in. We’re proud to be growing alongside them as they build their presence across Middle Tennessee.”

Open seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch, Another Broken Egg Cafe showcases chef-driven dishes made with high-quality ingredients, offering a diverse menu that caters to gluten-friendly, vegetarian, and other dietary needs. The Murfreesboro cafe will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Guests can join the waitlist remotely, place online orders and access exclusive offers through the Another Broken Egg Cafe mobile app. The cafe also offers takeout, delivery and catering for corporate meetings and events, private gatherings, group occasions and more.

New guests are also invited to join The Coop, Another Broken Egg Cafe’s E-club, and receive a complimentary order of beignets when signing up for email and SMS updates, plus free pancakes on their birthday.
