Post Malone made the jump to country with his album “F-1 Trillion,” which he released last year. Now, he is planning his foray into the world of country bars.
He is teaming up with TC Restaurant Group to open a 26,000-square-foot entertainment venue at 305 Broadway, featuring six bars, a full-service restaurant, a rooftop and three stages for live entertainment, according to the Nashville Business Journal.
TC Restaurant Group is not new on the downtown Nashville scene, especially in terms of artist-driven concept. They are also behind Luke’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar and Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa.
TC Restaurant Group partners with the biggest stars in country music to develop premier dining and entertainment destinations in Nashville and beyond,” the TC Restaurant Group website states.
The group is also behind Tequila Cowboy Bar + Grill and Wanna B’s Karaoke Bar, which were both located at 305 Broadway, where Post Malone’s venue will be taking over.
An opening timeline for the new venue remains unknown.
Post Malone’s “F-1 Trillion” album blazed onto the country scene, receiving nominations for awards at the Grammy Awards and CMA. It also debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart the week of its release.
