Arlington-based strength training brand [solidcore] is set to open its newest studio in the Phoenix metro area, taking over the former Row House Fitness space at The Shops at Hilton Village in Scottsdale. The grand opening is scheduled for July 12–13, according to RED Development.

[solidcore] is opening its second Arizona studio at The Shops at Hilton Village in Scottsdale, occupying the former Row House Fitness space. The 2,454-square-foot location sits between Slanted Rice Vietnamese Bistro and Signature Barbershop. The Scottsdale studio expands [solidcore]’s footprint in Arizona.
[solidcore]’s senior director of real estate, Joshua Rainey, said, “Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix community have shown a tremendous passion for health and strength training, and we’re excited to provide another space that fosters community and personal growth.”
Grand Opening This Weekend
The grand opening event will take place July 12–13, welcoming the community to experience the studio firsthand.
Founded in 2013, [solidcore] offers high-intensity, low-impact full-body workouts on custom-built reformers. Members receive early booking access, retail discounts, and invites to exclusive events.

The studio’s debut is part of RED Development’s continued push to bring more wellness-focused concepts to the center. RED Development is also planning to bring Pause Studio, a modern recovery space, to the center in 2026.
Scheduled to open in 2026, the 2,823-square-foot Pause Studio will bring services such as infrared saunas, red light therapy, and cryotherapy to The Shops at Hilton Village, continuing the center’s wellness-focused expansion.
The additions reflect a growing demand for wellness-focused concepts in Scottsdale.
