According to recent public records, a new independent pizza shop is coming to Wimberley.

FM Pizza will soon begin building at 14306 Ranch road 12.

Public records examined by What Now reveal that the “Interior finish out for “by-the-slice” pizza restaurant in existing building” is only estimated to last a month to construct, spanning between October and November at a projected cost of $90,000.

“We cultivated our Pizza style by mirroring our favorite pizza places in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Long Island,” the official website states.

“Our  ingredients are sourced from the same producers that the most lauded pizza shops in New York have used for decades.  We only use the gold standard for our pizzas, including King Arthur (unbleached & unbrominated) flour, Stanislaus tomatoes from California and Grande Wisconsin cheese. Our pizzas are handmade, fermented for 24 hours and baked in our very own Blodgett deck oven.”

No opening date has been announced.
