As outlined in public records, the business is seeking approval to attach a 2,762-square-foot covered art patio to its existing 50’x100’ theater building. The new patio will feature a 1,113-square-foot beverage service area, it states.
Hi-Desert Cultural Center, founded in the 60s, has grown into a regional arts powerhouse.
