Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture (FMCAC) is launching a monthly night market series. The inaugural night market in December 2024 drew over 10,000 visitors. Following its success, FMCAC teamed up with Off the Grid and West Coast Craft to launch a recurring monthly series.

Popular Fort Mason Night Market Returns as Monthly Event
The Fort Mason Night Market returns Friday, August 15, transforming the FMCAC campus into a lively hub for food, art, and entertainment. The free event showcases Bay Area vendors serving up local bites and waterfront views.
“Fort Mason Center is known for being a gathering place, a space for people to exchange ideas, experience beauty, and connect with different modes of art and cultural expressions,” said Mike Buhler, FMCAC’s President and CEO.
“We’re excited to collaborate with our partners to offer another way for people to come together, support local arts organizations and small businesses, and enjoy the natural beauty of the campus,” he added.

Food, Art, Music & Waterfront Views
As Off the Grid and West Coast Craft team up, Fort Mason Night Market will feature over 100 best retail vendors and 25 options for food and drinks from Off the Grid. Guests can also enjoy creative workshops, DJs, live music, and public art installations from FMCAC resident organizations.
“We are thrilled to partner with Fort Mason Center, our longtime home base, and Off the Grid, to offer this Friday Night Market series to the Bay Area,” said Paulina Nassar, Co-founder of West Coast Craft.
West Coast Craft has curated more than 50 artists and designers to showcase their work at the market. A family artmaking workshop will be held at San Francisco Children’s Art Center between 5 PM and 8 PM.
Visitors can also dine at FMCAC staples like Greens Restaurant, The Interval at Long Now, and Radhaus Alpine Beerhall. Live DJ sets will keep the energy up at the Waterfront Stage.
Guests can relax with waterfront views at the Secret Spot Lounge. With its scenic backdrop, local eats, and live entertainment, the Fort Mason Night Market is poised to become a Friday night favorite.
