“Serving up the best Texas-style iced tea since 2009,” Midland-based beverage chain HTeaO is expanding its Texas footprint — planning to open a new shop at 3515 East Whitestone Boulevard in Cedar Park, according to public records.

“Construction of a new typical 1,990sf HTeaO Tea Bar with a 193sf cooler/freezer, multi-lane approach to a single fulfillment lane and a single bay dumpster enclosure with all associated site work,” the construction notes state. Estimates state the $1,153,800 construction for the 1924 square foot store will reach completion around May 2026.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the chain, HTeaO is best known for its fresh-brewed, 100% broadleaf iced tea made with double-pass reverse osmosis water and ice, as well as coffee options.

This location will be run by local franchisee Brian Herbstreet.
