According to recent public records, a new Mountain Mike’s is coming to Georgetown. The location will be found at 1314 W. University Drive Ave.
Costing an estimated $250,000, the “Tenant finish-out of a new retail shell strip center space into a new Mountain Mike’s Pizza restaurant with new kitchen equipment, interior walls, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work & finishes” is expected to wrap up in December.
“Texas is key to our national expansion strategy, especially as we continue to receive significant interest from Texas-based franchisees eager to introduce our family-friendly, sports-oriented and quality-driven concept to their communities,” said Jim Metevier, CEO of Mountain Mike’s Pizza.
“Texas offers immense growth potential for a beloved legacy brand like Mountain Mike’s Pizza, and we expect the Lone Star State to become the second largest in our system.”
In a brief call with franchisee Rajeev Dewan, What Now learned that the upcoming location will be the second in a multi unit expansion after Manor. Further locations are to be announced.
No opening date has been announced.
