The planned Clari Park development in Murfreesboro has undergone a tenant shakeup. While P.F. Chang’s has reportedly withdrawn from the long-anticipated project, burger chain Jaggers — a brand that falls into Texas Roadhouse’s portfolio of brands — has snagged a lease at the development planned for Medical Center Parkway, according to the Boro Pulse.
It will join previously announced tenants like Buona Beef, which is expected to open this fall.
Jaggers launched in 2014 with a location in Indiana. It now has locations in multiple states including Indiana, Texas, Kentucky and North Carolina. This would be the first Jaggers location in Tennessee. The brand has more locations in the pipeline in other states, as well, including North Carolina.
The Jaggers menu offers burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, salads, sides like fries and tater tots, and milkshakes.
“We’ve taken fast-casual to a whole new level with real ingredients and an authentic taste we’re known for,” the Jaggers website states.
Sister brand Bubba’s 33 also recently indicated that it is looking to join the Murfreesboro community. It submitted site plans for review earlier this summer for a location along North Thompson Lane.
Both Jaggers and Bubba’s 33 appear to be in expansion mode as Texas Roadhouse charts growth paths for its family of brands.
As of now, an opening timeline for Jaggers in Murfreesboro is unclear. However, with construction still to come on much of the development, it will likely be a while before it opens its doors.
