Little Hats Italian Market, known for its sandwiches and pastas, is looking to expand the brand. It will be taking over the space formerly home to Rolled 4 Ever Ice Cream in Germantown to begin producing pizzas, according to the Nashville Business Journal. The space is next door to the existing Little Hats location at 1120 Fourth Ave. N.
Little Hats has a “coming soon” sign up at the address, according to a recent Instagram announcement on their page.
“Germantown, we’ve been teasing y’all for years that we’d add pizza to our menu and FINALLY we have the space, ovens and staff to do it!” the announcement states.
The expansion will allow Little Hats to build on its sandwich-focused menu. Co-owner Andrew Dodd confirmed the brand expansion with What Now Nashville and shared that the pizza menu will feature a mixture of fun, unique and traditional pizzas, all centered around high-quality ingredients. There will also be pizza available by the slice.
The team is about three months out from opening.
In addition to the Germantown location, Little Hats has a spot in Cool Springs, as well as a location on the way to Hillsboro Village. It serves sandwiches like a meatball sub, a roasted chicken salad sandwich, and a prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich. Pasta options include bolognese and rigatoni and cacio e pepe.
