Holy Cow Smash Burgers, a Columbus favorite known for its crave-worthy food truck fare, is gearing up to serve fans from a permanent location. The concept, which built a following with its indulgent smash burgers and creative toppings, is preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar at 875 Beechwood Rd., not far from Livingston Avenue and James Road on the city’s east side.

Since first hitting the streets, the Holy Cow food truck has become a staple at community gatherings, offering bold flavors and a fresh take on the classic burger. Now, the team is ready to expand that experience into a full restaurant setting.

The new space will give loyal fans more chances to enjoy their signature burgers without having to track down the truck, while also introducing Holy Cow to even more Columbus diners. An official opening date has not yet been announced, but excitement is already building for what’s to come.
