Red Lantern Asian Fusion is bringing its flavors to the Olympia area this fall.

“Our second location will be opening soon in Downtown Olympia,” the restaurant shared via Facebook.

Owned by Tiffany Lin, the new location will open at the corner of Columbia Street and Fifth Avenue. The original location in Yelm has been serving the community for seven years, according to The Olympian.

Red Lantern Asian Fusion serves authentic Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese dishes, with a spice level for every palate—from not spicy and mild to medium, hot, “Thai Hot” and “Really Hot.”

Starters include egg rolls, crab rangoons, chicken satay, honey chicken wings and coconut shrimp. Soups feature Tom Yum with tofu, chicken, seafood or prawns.

Popular entrees showcase Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Thai fried rice, and a range of curries. Signature dishes include lemongrass chicken, almond-crusted chicken, Mongolian beef and honey walnut prawns. Vegetable stir-fries and Vietnamese noodle salads round out the menu.

“Each dish on our menu is prepared to order using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. All of our dishes are prepared by our Executive Chef and his Asian Culinary team with care to ensure our guests enjoy the best dining experience,” the restaurant’s website reads.

Lin told the outlet she plans to open at the end of November, though the official date has not been announced. For updates, visit the restaurant’s website or follow them on Facebook.

What Now Seattle reached out to the Red Lantern Asian Fusion team, however, they have not yet responded. This article may be updated.
