A new restaurant is headed to South Sacramento.
Marie Anne Sbrian recently applied for a license with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to open Gio’s Café & Brew in the former Las Delicias Centro Botanero space at 7850 Stockton Blvd, Suite 130 in Pioneer Business Park.
While Sbrian briefly confirmed the news with What Now Sacramento, she hasn’t yet shared further details. The restaurant’s website currently lists burgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, and salads, though it’s unclear if those offerings reflect the actual menu or simply serve as a placeholder.
It looks like Sbrian may also be a partner at Old Sacramento’s Brannan Manor Restaurant & Spirits, an easygoing sports bar known for its relaxed atmosphere and hearty pub fare.
