A fresh wave of coastal Mexican flavor is headed for South Land Park.
Vallarta Prime is preparing to open soon at 1948 Sutterville Rd, according to a recent filing with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
While representatives for Vallarta Prime haven’t yet responded to requests for comment, the restaurant’s social media teases a menu centered on modern Mexican cuisine. Its Instagram page mentions tacos al carbón and fresh mariscos, while its Facebook bio offers a warm invitation:
“Welcome to Vallarta Prime, where Sacramento meets the flavors of coastal Mexico. We’re redefining tacos al carbón and fresh mariscos with a modern, elevated twist. Cooked over flame, served with heart, and inspired by the vibrant spirit of Vallarta.”
The restaurant’s online presence only mentions that it’s “opening soon,” so stay tuned for updates as Vallarta Prime gears up to make its South Land Park debut.
