Scoopy’s Ice Cream had to shutter its location in Jackson Heights during the summer to make way for a new development. However, the local spot has found a new location within Murfreesboro. It will open at 2458 Old Fort Pkwy, taking the space where Dos Rancheros closed a few months ago, according to the Boro Pulse.

Scoopy’s, owned by Antonio Alonso, serves ice cream made in-house. It features a variety of La Michoacana flavors, made with 100% natural products. Scoopy’s previously offered more than 36 flavors for customers to choose from.

The team has not announced a planned opening date as of yet, though the Boro Pulse reported that a “coming soon” banner is in place in front of the building.

What Now Nashville has reached out to the ownership team for further information.
