With the completion of its major development project, Durango Casino & Resort unveils its Phase II expansion, featuring a new High-Limit Slot Room and multi-level parking garage. The resort, located in the southwest of Las Vegas, is set to become a premium destination and will attract both locals and visitors.
Durango Casino & Resort Expands with Phase II Completion

Inspired by the Las Vegas desert’s warm hues and heritage, Durango Casino & Resort offers an inviting blend of luxury and comfort and features a serene lobby connected to the Bel-Aire Lounge, The Backyard, and elegant event spaces, along with a 200-room luxury hotel designed with modern southwest style.
Durango Casino & Resort continues its growth with the Phase II expansion, unveiling a new high-limit slot room, an expanded casino floor, and a modern multi-level parking garage. These additions further enhance the property’s upscale atmosphere and elevate the overall guest experience.
The newly developed casino floors add more than 6,000 square feet of gaming space and over 100 new slot machines. The Durango Casino & Resort’s Phase II casino opened its doors on November 7.
The resort will debut a new south parking garage earlier on December 15 at 10 a.m., along with the main attraction of the project, the highlight slot room, which will be open to the public on December 15 at 5 p.m.
David Horn, vice president and general manager of Durango Casino & Resort, said, “We are incredibly proud to unveil the first phase of Durango’s expansion, including one of the city’s nicest high-limit slot rooms. With the addition of more casino square footage and the latest machines, easy covered parking, and high-touch service in our high-limit room, we continue to offer our guests an exciting, convenient gaming experience.”
Elevated Luxury Gaming with New High-Limit Slot Room
The resort spans over 8,000 square feet, and the High-Limit Slot Room will be among the largest in Las Vegas. This upgraded space features 120 high-limit machines, which include 30 new titles, and for fast transactions, the casino also introduces “Jackpot Express.” For the refined and premium indoor-outdoor lounge experience, the casino will provide a dedicated cashier cage, personal attendants, and a full-time butler.
Complimentary Parking Space
The newly constructed resort also provides amenities like a multi-level parking garage. The garage adds nearly 2,000 covered spaces off Maule Avenue and will provide customers with direct, weather-protected access to the resort. Phase II’s parking structure is designed for efficiency with enhanced signage and improved traffic flow. Aligning with Station Casino’s guest-first philosophy, parking remains complimentary for all visitors.
This expansion project marks a huge milestone for Durango Casino & Resort. Opened in 2023, in just two years, the resort has made major strides and has further announced more expansion plans, including a 275,000-square-foot podium addition that will bring new dining, gaming, and recreational offerings.
