A new restaurant appears to be on the way to Kingston Springs, according to plans filed with the Kingston Springs Planning Commission. The spot is expected to open at 417 North Main St.

Country musician Jake Owen and fellow Kingston Springs residents Courtney and Wesley Haines are teaming up on the venture. The owners hope to make the restaurant a neighborhood gathering spot.

“We just want to bring a fantastic eating experience for locals,” Wesley told What Now Nashville. “It’s themed around music and the old gas station vibe. We want something that’s good for the entire town.”

The restaurant is designed to be versatile, offering a destination for grabbing a cocktail or for teenagers to grab a burger and a milkshake in the afternoon.

Courtney recently announced that the team is working with local resident and chef Hal Holden-Bache, who co-owns Lockeland Table, to develop the culinary side of the business.

“We think he brings a flair to it that will bring the restaurant to another level,” Wesley said. “Kingston Springs has a phenomenal place in the Fillin’ Station and Skyking Pizza, but we just want to add to the vibe of downtown.”

Planning documents indicate that there will be shaded outdoor seating, an outdoor stage area, an indoor dining area and a dedicated bar area. It will be designed around a music theme and cars, paying homage to the fact that the building was a gas station. Wesley said it will seat about 200 guests.

As of now, the team does not have an opening timeline in mind, though they hope to open sometime in 2026. The spot is still in the early stages of development and construction is still to come on the site.
