Jacksonville International Airport’s (JIA) Concourse B is under construction, and with it, a local spot is heading to the airport. Cantina Louie Mexican Street Food will become part of the Oak & Ocean Food Hall slated to open in December 2026 in Concourse B, according to the Jacksonville Daily Record.

HMS Host, a leading operator in travel dining with a presence at airports across the country, will operate the forthcoming Cantina Louie location.

Cantina Louie was founded in 2014 and has expanded since then to 10 locations across Florida and two locations in North Carolina. The menu features salads, bowls, specialty tacos, Mexican street tacos, quesadillas, burritos and fajitas. The beverage program features margaritas and specialty cocktails, beer and wine.

The airport location for Cantina Louie will join other concepts heading to the concourse as part of a broader revamp. Firm RS&H, which is involved in the revamp, shares on its website that the Concourse B project will add six gates to JIA, five of which will host American Airlines flights. It will also offer a large concession hub with multiple food and retail options, seating and a 20,000-square-foot upper level. The construction at the airport will also include a new six-story parking garage that will offer 2,400 parking spaces.
