Marczyk Fine Foods is preparing to bring a mini deli and grocery concept to LoDo, opening inside the Dairy Block’s Denver Milk Market (1800 Wazee St, Suite 100) in 2026. The company announced its plans for expansion in a recent social media update.
Named Marczyk Mighty Market, it will be a 450-square-foot kiosk at the vibrant micro-district that boasts 11 shops, 19 restaurants, eight bars, a co-working space, and a 172-room hotel. Co-founder and CEO Pete Marczyk told What Now Denver the build-out will be fairly simple and he expects to finish in about eight to ten weeks. He’s unsure of a start date yet, but expects to open in Q2 of next year.
The kiosk will carry many of Marczyk’s best-known items. It will be stocked daily with fresh baguettes, market staples, soup, salad, sandwiches to-go, and a rotating mix of fresh and prepared foods.
Marczyk Fine Foods first opened in 2002 as a specialty neighborhood store. Its original Uptown location was followed by a second store on East Colfax in 2011 and the launch of an in-house bakery. It also recently established a presence at Denver International Airport, Biz Journals reports.
