Florida is soon to bid goodbye to its favorite furniture retailer, Tuskers Home Store. After nearly two decades in business, the store is set to close this winter. The closure will be accompanied by a going-out-of-business sale.

Florida Furniture Retailer Tuskers Home Store Announces Closure

Tuskers Home Store, a popular furniture brand opened in 2008, is closing this winter. The closure will bring an end to the retailer’s long-standing presence in the local furniture market.

Tuskers Home Store shared the news on their website along with the announcement of the upcoming sale. Over the years, the retailer witnessed smooth progress and growth. That growth led to the opening of Tuskers Furniture & Patio Outlet in 2012.

The two-store retailer became known locally for its product selection and pricing. Meanwhile, its in-store design guidance became another well-known aspect of the store. The store will mark its closure with a final sale, thanking customers for their years of support.

Store Closure and Final Sale

According to FurnitureToday, the closure follows the owner’s decision to retire. A going-out-of-business sale will take place on December 26, 2025, featuring significant discounts.

The liquidation sale will begin at 9 a.m. and will be managed by Planned Furniture Promotions. A video posted on the store’s website encourages customers to arrive early to shop the remaining inventory.

The furniture, mattress, and other household items aren’t the only things on sale. The store’s owner is also looking for a potential buyer of the store located at 11224 US-98, Miramar Beach. The sale of the 28,000-square-foot showroom is a rare opportunity, and interested buyers may contact the broker.

The closure of this iconic furniture store is sure to leave a gap in the city’s retail market. Many local shoppers are expected to visit the store one last time during the final sale.
