A long-anticipated Soho House project is moving forward in Sonoma County. The hospitality brand confirmed that a Kenwood property will be developed as Soho Ranch House Sonoma. The update was shared via an Instagram post showing early construction progress.
Soho Ranch House Sonoma to Open in Kenwood, Company Confirms
While Soho House celebrated its 30 years of running in 2025 with the opening of three new Houses, the members-only brand has announced that it is coming to the Bay Area soon. The company announced the news on a social media post, stating it will open its first Soho Ranch House in 2027.
“Get ready for a Soho House first: Soho Ranch House opening 2027,” the post read. The company gave a glimpse of the property in the post, including the images of its sprawling open lands and vineyard.

According to media outlets, the property sprawling across 350 acres is located on Campagna Lane in Kenwood. The site has been under development plans for close to two decades and was later leased to Soho House.
Sonoma Ranch House Teases 50 Cottages, Pools, and Health Club
Soho House revealed that 50 cottages will be scattered across the Californian wine country. In the post, it elaborated on the amenities available at the property.
“Perched at the top of a valley in Sonoma with uninterrupted views of our own vineyards, members will be able to stay in 50 cottages and villas scattered across acres of Californian wine country. With expansive club spaces and restaurants, a central courtyard, Soho Health Club, and two pools, there’s so much to look forward to,” the post read.
The brand said that more details on the resort will be revealed next year. As Soho House reveals more details about the project, the Kenwood property is expected to become a luxurious addition to Sonoma Valley’s landscape.
