Residences Designed by Brent Buck Architects
The project is designed by Brooklyn-based Brent Buck Architects with landscaping by Brook Landscape. The 110 Boerum Place offers a contemporary interpretation of classic Brooklyn brownstone living.

Shlomi Avdoo added, “To cultivate a true sense of belonging and community, we’ve collaborated with Brent Buck to design homes that honor the neighborhood’s architectural heritage while offering refined amenities and meticulously constructed spaces that embody the warmth and timeless elegance of Brownstone Brooklyn.”
The building’s interiors feature ceiling heights up to 10 feet 6 inches, custom millwork, vintage-brass hardware, and soapstone fireplaces. The kitchens are equipped with AGA induction ranges and Thermador appliances. Bathrooms are finished with honed marble, radiant heated floors, soaking tubs, and walk-in showers.
Key Building Amenities
Amenities span more than 11,000 square feet and emphasize wellness and community. They include a residents’ lounge and great room with a fireplace, co-working spaces, a catering kitchen, a landscaped terrace, a library, and a children’s playroom.
A wellness suite offers a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, red light therapy, and treatment rooms, while fitness amenities include a gym, boxing studio, and movement studio. Additional features include on-site parking, private storage, bike storage, and a pet spa.
At the center of the building, a landscaped courtyard designed by Brook Landscape provides a quiet focal point, with plantings and a boulder waterfall intended to create a sense of calm throughout the building.
Located in Cobble Hill, 110 Boerum Place is surrounded by historic brownstones, parks, restaurants, and shops, with access to multiple subway lines, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and Atlantic Terminal.
With this project, Avdoo and Brent Buck Architects have designed a refined yet neighborhood-focused residential experience rooted in Brooklyn’s architectural traditions.
