After 10 years at 45 Roswell St., Suite B, MADE Kitchen and Cocktails in Alpharetta is transforming into The Butcher and Bottle in February, according to a release shared with What Now Atlanta. The concept comes from Intentional Expectations Hospitality Group (IEHG) and marks the second location for the concept, joining an existing location in Ellijay.

Adam Anacker, founder and CEO of IEHG, told What Now Atlanta that they had a long-term friendship with the ownership of MADE, making the transition natural.

“I’ve loved this location for many years,” Anacker said in the release. “I’ve worked in the Alpharetta area in past chapters of my career, and coming back here feels full circle. This community appreciates quality, hospitality, and intention — and that aligns perfectly with who we are.”

When The Butcher and Bottle opens in Alpharetta, it will feature a Southern-inspired steak and seafood experience. The restaurant is planning to introduce menu updates and design elements over time, allowing the space to transition naturally. Eventually, Anacker and his team will add commissioned art pieces and other design touches to the space that reflect The Butcher and Bottle brand.

“We want guests to feel that progression,” Anacker said in the release. “The food, the atmosphere, the details — they’ll continue to sharpen as we layer in who we are.”

Key menu elements will include Southern-inspired signature plates, steaks and seafood, alongside a beverage program featuring spirits, craft cocktails and wines. Joey Stallings will serve as executive chef at the forthcoming location after serving as IEHG culinary director.

“Joey’s sole focus now is this restaurant,” Anacker said in the release. “He’s bringing his culinary talent directly to Alpharetta to showcase what The Butcher and Bottle can truly become. This is a step up — not just for the brand, but for the guest experience.”

This location will mark an evolution not just for the space, but for The Butcher and Bottle brand as a whole.

Anacker and IEHG co-founder Brian Stanley have been expanding IEHG’s footprint. IEHG also operates B&B Tavern and B&B Social, with the most recent location for B&B Tavern opening in Milton.

“We believe deeply in allowing God to open the right doors,” Anacker said. “We’re grateful for where we are today, and we’re excited for the opportunities He continues to place in front of us as we grow IEHG the right way.”
