For years, Ton Ton Ramen Bar has been a popular stop for visitors to Ponce City Market’s food hall. The food stall closed earlier this month after it was unable to secure a lease renewal with the market’s landlord. Despite months of negotiations, the parties were unable to reach an agreement.
The food stall was best known for its Invincible Dan Dan Mazemen, Hakata Tonkotsu Classic, and Vegetable Ramen. Other dishes loved by visitors include the gyoza, Japanese sausage & shishito pepper, and the add-in chili paste bomb.

Alici Oyster Bar

For nearly three years, Chef Pat Pascarella’s Alici Oyster Bar served as a neighborhood gathering spot. However, it announced its closure after Chef Pascarella decided it was time. He plans to debut a new concept, reflecting his growth and evolution as a chef.
