Bokki Chicken is coming to Summerlin Takeout. A city permit for Bokki Chicken details that the Korean Fried Chicken concept is expected to open at  110 S Rainbow Blvd, K108.

What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with the owner, Sunghwan Lim, about the anticipated opening of Bokki Chicken. Lim confirmed that the opening and that a website would be coming soon, but was not able to share any further details by the time of this publication.

The Bokki Chicken website listed the eatery as coming soon.

“Inspired by late nights in Korea—where good food brings people together—we focus on what truly matters: fresh ingredients, carefully crafted sauces, and chicken fried to golden perfection,” the website reads.

“Every recipe is rooted in tradition, but made for today, balancing crispiness, flavor, and just the right amount of indulgence.”

The menu includes a selection of wings from Golden Crispy to Hot Shocking. Customers can also get those flavors as boneless wings, each coming with KFC‘s traditional sides of pickled radish and cabbage salad. Both an original and a rose Tteok-bokki are also on the menu.

“From our kitchen to your table, Bokki Chicken is about more than just a meal. It’s about sharing moments, creating memories, and enjoying food made with care,” the website reads.

“Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or gathering with friends and family, we’re proud to serve chicken done the Bokki way—simple, honest, and unforgettable.”

Bokki Chicken is expected to open in Summerlin Takeout at  110 S Rainbow Blvd, K108 this spring.
