This spring is shaping up to be an exciting one for Plano beer fans. ODD Muse Brewing has chosen the neighborhood to launch a new taproom experience, aptly dubbed ODD Muse Craft & Kitchen, set to open in the next few months, reports Community Impact.
The award-winning brewery is setting up its new home at 1001 14th Street, Suite 500. ODD Muse Craft & Kitchen’s interior will span 3,000 square feet with an additional 1,000 square feet dedicated to outdoor patio seating.
A press release provided to What Now Dallas offers tantalizing peaks at what lies in store for Plano locals. ODD Muse will be rotating its various brews, featuring “flagship favorites, seasonal offerings, and limited-release specialties” across 23 taps.
ODD Muse’s kitchen will undoubtedly earn it a devoted fan-following well beyond beer enthusiasts. Any visitor who comes hungry will certainly leave satisfied, thanks to the taproom’s commitment to familiar favorites, crafted with expertise and care. “The food menu will spotlight elevated comfort favorites, including smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, hand-cut fries, and more, designed to complement the brewery’s diverse beer portfolio.”
The ODD Muse team is busily renovating the brewery’s new Plano home and hopes to open in early April of this year.
ODD Muse Craft & Kitchen is ready to become a warm and welcoming part of its new neighborhood. Founder and Managing Member of ODD Muse Brewing Company Bobby Diaz states: “ODD Muse has always been about creating welcoming spaces where community and creativity come together over great beer. Downtown Plano gives us an incredible opportunity to expand that experience into a new neighborhood, with a concept that stays true to our brand while offering something fresh through Craft & Kitchen.”
