The owners of glo Noodle House are finally approaching the opening of their new sushi restaurant, Odd Rabbit, in Boulder, after its announcement on Instagram nearly a year ago. The restaurant is set to open on 5845 Arapahoe Ave., within the Weathervane Apartment Complex.

Odd Rabbit will operate just down the street from Blackbelly Market & Restaurant, where husband-and-wife co-owners Christopher and Ariana Teigland first met.

The pair opened glo Noodle House in 2022 the West Highland neighborhood in Denver, serving ramen and small plates. Their restaurant quickly gained acclaim, receiving a Michelin Bib Gourmand shortly after opening. The restaurant is particularly known for their Miso Bacon and Deathwish bowls.

Though Odd Rabbit is primarily a sushi restaurant, led by Chef Stephen Nguyen of Temaki Den and Uncle fame, the restaurant will offer the odd favorite from glo Noodle House. The experience is set inside a large 90-seat space with an additional 40-seat patio area.

Odd Rabbit is set to open in spring 2026.
