A popular all-day dining concept is preparing to prove that 13 can, indeed, be a lucky number-at least for Plano foodies. Fox Restaurant Concepts is opening the 13th overall outpost of its eatery, The Henry, in the neighborhood and locals will be able to enjoy its cuisine before the year is over.
The Henry is opening its second DFW location in Legacy West at 7700 Windrose Avenue, Suite G200. A press release provided to What Now Dallas states that the restaurant is bringing its “all-day dining, built for the neighborhood” to a 12,976 square foot space, featuring “indoor and outdoor dining areas, a full-service coffee bar, open kitchen, central bar and private dining room.”
The Henry’s Plano location does not yet have an official opening date, however it is projected to be ready to greet and feed customers in late 2026. Fox Restaurant Concepts founder Sam Fox explains that the concept is certain to become a part of the neighborhood’s daily fabric by design, saying “The Henry is built around how people live their lives. Whether it’s your morning coffee or celebratory dinner, we want it to feel like a true neighborhood place. Somewhere that becomes part of your everyday routine.”
Future Plano regulars hungry for details about The Henry’s menu have a great deal to look forward to. The cuisine spans day to night and is described in a way certain to make mouths water: “Breakfast offerings include the Smoked Salmon Bagel, California Burrito and Flower Child Scramble. Weekend brunch features dishes such as Huevos Rancheros Enchiladas and Cinnamon Sugar French Toast. For lunch and dinner, guests can expect standout starters like Short Rib Potstickers and Seared Tuna Chop, alongside sandwiches including the Roasted Turkey French Dip. Entrées range from Korean Prime Skirt Steak to Rigatoni Alla Vodka.”
Visitors will have plenty of beverage options available to wash down their meals. The Henry will feature a coffee bar, a cocktail menu, craft beers, a global wine list, and alcohol-free selections.
