Chèvre is more than Miami’s finest cheese shop — it’s a wine shop and marketplace for gourmet items from coffee to caviar, along with a cafe for sandwiches and more.

Now, the cheese palace is expanding its brand north, targeting West Palm Beach as its next stop.

In a collaborative Instagram post, @chevremiami and @profilemiami announced that Chèvre will open in the first floor of Alba Palm Beach at 4714 N. Flagler Drive as a resident-only location for the brand.  The post notes, “Nestled within the first floor of Alba Palm Beach, residents will have exclusive access to Chèvre’s gourmet market, spanning approximately 1,000 square feet, featuring artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, specialty pantry goods, curated wines, caviar, gourmet coffee and limited-edition seasonal items chosen exclusively for the property. Residents will also enjoy personalized pairing guidance, private tastings, curated gifting options and the ability to order tailored boat provisions for a day on the water. Additional services include in-home catering or private dining room experiences, as well as market run fulfillment.”

Alba West Palm Beach is a luxury boutique condo, featuring 55 luxury residences, including four two- and three-story townhomes, each with unobstructed views of the Intracoastal. Developed by BGI Capital and Blue Road Alba is scheduled for a Spring 2026 completion.

Chèvre owner and CEO Mario Naar has put Miami on the cheese map with this gourmet shop, and further expansion of the brand is in the future. Chèvre just opened a shop in Coconut Grove and is expected to open a flagship location in Coral Gables later this year.
