Salty Bagel and Grill, the popular Central Florida bagel restaurant, is opening an additional location in Melbourne.

Salty Bagel filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open a bagel shop at 223 Hibiscus Boulevard. An opening date has not been announced. This news comes right at the heels of Salty Bagel opening a new Rockledge location, just weeks ago.

Salty Bagel is wildly popular for its specialty bagels and hand-made cream cheese flavors. The bagel place often sells out of its most popular bagel varieties, thanks to a loyal following.

Established in 2021 in Satellite Beach by Bernard Corrigan, Salty Bagel offers specialty bagels such as the Hot Honey with hot honey sauce, bacon or sausage, egg, cheese, and cream cheese; the Beach Break with bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and cream cheese; the classic Nova with salmon, cream cheese, red onion, capers, and tomato; and the Heart Attack with egg , ham, bacon, sausage, and American cheese.

The restaurant also offers catering service, offering platters of bagels and cream cheese, chicken salads, fresh fruit, and coffee, perfect for parties, meetings, or any other gathering.
