With three locations in Austin, at 440 W Second Street; at 6317 Bee Caves Road, Suite 200; and at 51 Brazos Street, The Well is a restaurant taking “A Bold Approach to Healthy Eating.” It serves recipes free of gluten, dairy, seed oils, soy, refined sugar, and GMO’s, making clean food the constant priority.
Now, it’s preparing to launch its fourth location in Austin’s Bouldin Creek neighborhood, according to coverage by Austin Food Magazine.
“Bouldin Creek is a wonderful Austin neighborhood that has held onto its character and sense of community for decades,” Jon Oh, VP of Restaurants and Development at Nova Hospitality, says in the Austin Food Magazine coverage. “We’re honored to offer a community-focused dining destination here.”
The Well’s menus have featured entrees like Organic Pasture-Raised Chicken with fingerling potatoes, parsley, leeks, red kale, caramelized onion, and rosemary jus; Grass-Fed Texas Wagyu Steak Frites with sweet potato, chimichurri pesto, and housemade ketchup; and Sustainably-Sourced Salmon with organic spinach and kale, fresno, broccoli, northern bean, onion, garlic, olive oil, and balsamic glaze.
“The Well blends clean ingredients, local and sustainable farming, and authentic flavors for a culinary experience that redefines eating well in Austin, Texas,” says The Well’s website. “We emphasize the importance of low sugar, healthy fats, and clean oils; only utilizing the highest quality ingredients, and ensuring any produce listed on the ‘Dirty Dozen’ is organically sourced.”
An opening date has not been announced yet for The Well’s fourth location, but it is visible on Google Maps, where it’s listed as opening in May.
